Zack Nicholson
President
Zack is the President and Founder of Minding the Gap. He has served on the pastoral staff at a local church since moving to Kansas City from Wichita, KS in 2007. Zack has had extensive experience partnering with public schools in the Hickman Mills and Grandview school districts. He is passionate about education and believes that every child has the right to receive a quality education. Zack and his wife Holli have five children. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Zack can be found at the ice rink coaching his boys' ice hockey teams.
David Ridder
Vice President
David is the Chief Operating Officer of Performance Systems Integration, a full-service fire & life safety company in the Pacific NW. Actively engaged in his community, David has worked as a consultant developing and implementing scalable solutions that address food insecurity, and has served as a volunteer in youth ministry and men’s recovery programs. David lives in Los Gatos, CA with his wife and three children.
Holli Nicholson
Treasurer
Holli owns and operates Nicholson Business Services, a full service accounting firm. She has extensive business experience and serves on multiple non-profit boards. Holli is from Dallas, TX and currently lives in Lee's Summit, MO with her husband Zack and their five children.
Curtis Wright
Member
Curtis serves as the Director of Juvenile Justice Ministry For YFCKC (Youth for Christ serving Kansas City) and as part of the pastoral staff for Forerunner Church. He has over 15 years of experience in pastoral ministry and non-profit management. He is fueled with passion for a bibliocentric view and approach to the areas of social justice, racial reconciliation and empowering this generation of youth to fulfill their purposes in Christ. Curtis currently resides in South KC with his beautiful "Wife for Life" and three super cute children.
